Cheryl J. Lister, an associate attorney at Marlowe, McNabb & Stayton, P.A., has practiced law for twenty-two years. She concentrates her practice in complex state and federal litigation at both the trial and appellate court levels. Ms. Lister received both her B.A. degree, with high honors, in 1980, and her J.D. degree, with honors, in 1984 from the University of Florida. As a former law clerk to United States Magistrate Judge Paul Game, Jr., and then as a practicing attorney, Ms. Lister has experience in a wide range of substantive areas of the law, including commercial litigation, products liability, civil rights, civil RICO, local government, utilities, construction and environmental law. She is a member of the Federal Bar Association, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and the Ferguson-White Inn of Court. Ms. Lister has an AV Peer Review Rating from Lexis Nexis Martindale Hubbell.
